Risk Management

  • Insurance coverage - ensuring it is current and complete - i.e. do the needs of your organization match the coverage in place - do you have/need cyber tech coverage, copyright coverage, etc.
  • Re-tendering existing policy - RFP creation, review, and transition to new vendor if applicable
  • Ensure Policies & Procedures in place to support policies/risk
  • Drafting new policies as required
  • Support with alternative insurance coverages - i.e. EDC Accounts Receivable insurance
  • Applications, process implementation, training for new coverage types
